Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
